"Sushi Ikko" is located a few minutes' walk from Odori Station, on the 2nd floor of a building. When you open the door, a dignified atmosphere spreads out, characterized by paintings hung on the walls, focused lighting, and a 350-year-old Kiso cypress counter.
With the proprietor's movements like a traditional performing art, each piece of sushi is prepared right before your eyes.
