1. Handling of Personal Information Personal information shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately established by the Company. The Privacy Policy constitutes a part of these Terms.
2. Purposes of Use of Personal Information The Company acquires Users' personal information to the extent necessary for providing this service, and uses it for the following purposes. 1. Identity verification at login 2. Identity verification when linking with external services 3. Statistical analysis and service improvement in a form that cannot identify individuals 4. Providing information on products and services of the Company or its affiliates 5. Contacting Users as necessary
3. Provision to Third Parties The Company shall not disclose or provide Users' personal information to third parties except in any of the following cases. 1. When the User's consent has been obtained 2. When required by laws and regulations 3. When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, or for public health or the sound upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain the User's consent 4. When disclosing or providing the information as statistical data (in a state in which Users cannot be identified) 5. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government organization, a local government, or a party entrusted by either of them in carrying out duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the User's consent is likely to impede the performance of such duties
4. Outsourcing The Company may entrust personal information to outsourcing contractors after taking necessary protective measures.
5. Disclosure, Correction/Deletion, Suspension of Use, etc. Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, etc. of their own personal information. The procedures shall be stipulated in the Privacy Policy.
6. Handling of Cookies, etc. This service may acquire cookies, location information, device identifiers, and the like. The purposes of acquisition and the methods for refusing them are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Use of Third-Party Services Sushi Walker uses, in part, services provided by other companies such as Google LLC, and information regarding a User's use of Sushi Walker may be used by the Company and other companies such as Google LLC. Users shall use Sushi Walker only after consenting to this.

1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Diversion and Resale of Sushi Walker Users shall not use or access Sushi Walker provided by the Company, in whole or in part, for the purpose of sales activities or other for-profit activities, religious activities, political activities, or any acts equivalent thereto, or preparatory acts therefor.
2. Prohibition of Unauthorized Reproduction and Use of Review Information and Images on Sushi Walker Unauthorized reproduction or use of photographs posted on Sushi Walker or review information submitted to it is prohibited. However, this excludes the person who posted the relevant review information. Except where specifically permitted by these Terms, such as the use of review information by the person who posted it, if review information or images posted on Sushi Walker are used without authorization, the Company may claim damages in an amount determined by the Company.
3. Changes to and Suspension of Sushi Walker The Company may change Sushi Walker provided to Users without prior notice at the Company's discretion. In addition, please understand that the Company may suspend Sushi Walker in the event of a disaster, accident, or emergency. The Company shall not provide any compensation even if a User or a third party suffers damage as a result of any change, suspension, or the like of Sushi Walker.
4. Posting of Review Information and Copyrights, etc. (1) To post review information on Sushi Walker, registration as a Sushi Walker member is required. When posting review information on Sushi Walker, you shall comply with the guidelines separately established by the Company. These guidelines constitute a part of these Terms, and these Terms together with these guidelines constitute the entirety of these Terms. (2) At the time a Sushi Walker member posts review information on Sushi Walker, the Sushi Walker member shall be deemed to have granted the Company, free of charge, a license to use, until the expiration of the relevant copyright term, the rights under copyright law (including the right to grant sublicenses from the Company to third parties), such as reproduction, public transmission, reproduction, distribution, dissemination, translation, and adaptation of the relevant review information, both within and outside Japan. (3) The relevant Sushi Walker member shall warrant to the Company that the member personally holds all rights under copyright law, such as reproduction, public transmission, dissemination, distribution, translation, and adaptation, with respect to the review information they posted, and therefore Sushi Walker members must exercise sufficient care, at their own responsibility, regarding the existence of rights under copyright law when posting. Furthermore, when posting using the works of third parties, it is a prerequisite that the necessary rights processing for the license to Sushi Walker described in item (2) above has been completed at the Sushi Walker member's own responsibility and expense. Therefore, when using the works of third parties, Sushi Walker members must exercise sufficient care, at their own responsibility, when posting. (4) The Company, or a third party that has received a sublicense from the Company, may use a Sushi Walker member's review information, such as for providing content within the Company's site or to partner sites. In such cases, part of the Sushi Walker member's review information may be modified (such as summarizing or excerpting posted text, or resizing, trimming, or cropping images). In addition, when using a Sushi Walker member's review information, the member's handle name may be displayed. When the Company, or a third party that has received a sublicense from the Company, uses a Sushi Walker member's review information, there shall be no copyright notice obligation, regional restrictions, or other conditions, and no royalties or other consideration shall accrue. (5) The Company shall provide no compensation whatsoever for any damage suffered by a Sushi Walker member or a third party as a result of the Company or a third party using a Sushi Walker member's review information. (6) Posted content must be content in which the poster holds all rights, or which the poster is able to use lawfully even though it includes the works of third parties. (7) Copyright in posted content belongs to the poster; however, at the time of posting, the poster shall be deemed to have granted the Company the following license, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis. 1. Reproduction, public transmission, dissemination, translation, adaptation, editing, and processing, both within and outside Japan 2. Use in other services, content, advertisements, social media posts, event materials, publications, Sushi Certification-related teaching materials, and the like that are operated or produced by the Company 3. Modifications such as summarizing, excerpting, and image processing as necessary 4. The poster shall not exercise their moral rights as an author against use by the Company and third parties designated by the Company, to the extent necessary for use by the Company. (8) In the event of a dispute with a third party regarding posted content, the poster shall resolve it at their own expense and responsibility, and the Company shall not be involved in or bear any responsibility for the resolution of any dispute with a third party regarding posted content.
   However, only where the Company is obligated to respond under laws and regulations, or where the Company deems it necessary, the Company may take measures such as deletion. (9) If damage arises to the Company or a third party due to posted content, the poster shall be liable to compensate for such damage.
5. External Service Linkage When Using Sushi Walker (1) When using Sushi Walker (including posting review information), if a Sushi Walker member uses the linkage function with external services such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or LINE (hereinafter referred to as "External Services"), the member shall consent in advance to the following. 1. That, through external linkage, the Company may acquire information regarding the Sushi Walker member registered with the External Service operator and display it in the Company's various services 2. That the Company may post review information created by the Sushi Walker member to External Services on the member's behalf 3. That the Company may, on the Sushi Walker member's behalf, acquire posts that the member registered with the External Service operator and display them in the Company's various services 4. That, when logging in using the linkage function, the Sushi Walker member may be asked to permit the Company to access data, and the member may use the linkage function only after confirming such contents and granting permission. (2) With respect to all use of External Services, including registration for and use of External Services (including posting review information created by a Sushi Walker member to External Services), the Sushi Walker member shall comply with the terms stipulated by the operator of the External Service. (3) When using External Services, the Sushi Walker member shall use such services at their own responsibility, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility for damage arising from the use of such services, troubles arising with the operators or users of such services, or any other matters related to such services.
6. If the Company determines that posted content may infringe the rights of a third party, the Company may delete such content without prior notice.

Article 3 (Registration and Management of Membership and Login Information)

Users may register as members of Sushi Walker (hereinafter referred to as "Sushi Walker members") in accordance with the procedures established by the Company. The content of the services provided by Sushi Walker shall be determined at the Company's discretion and may be changed from time to time. In addition, the services provided on Sushi Walker may differ between Sushi Walker members and Users who are not Sushi Walker members. When using Sushi Walker, Users are requested to carefully read and comply with these Terms. Furthermore, Users shall register and manage their login accounts and passwords (hereinafter referred to as "Login Information") at their own responsibility, and the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage arising from errors in the use of, insufficient management of, or use by third parties of a User's Login Information. In addition, Users shall use services that require Login Information at their own responsibility, and the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or trouble arising from the use of services that require login.

When using Sushi Walker, Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts. If an applicable act, or an act that the Company determines to be inappropriate in light of the spirit and purpose of Sushi Walker, is committed, the Company may take measures against the relevant User, such as suspending their use of Sushi Walker or other measures the Company deems appropriate, and such suspension measures may be taken at the Company's discretion and judgment. The Company shall not answer in any way regarding the reasons for taking suspension measures, regardless of their content. In addition, the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage caused to a User as a result of suspension measures.

1. Except where specifically permitted under laws and regulations or under these Terms or the guidelines, reproducing, publicly transmitting, reproducing, transferring, disseminating, distributing, reselling, or commercially using information provided by Sushi Walker without the Company's prior consent, posting or reprinting it without authorization, or storing it for the purpose of such use
2. Acts that violate public order and morals, that lead to illegal acts, criminal acts, or seriously dangerous acts, or that promote such acts
3. Acts that violate these Terms or the guidelines
4. Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company, other Users, or third parties
5. Acts that unlawfully infringe, or are likely to infringe, the rights or interests of other Users or third parties
6. Acts that hinder the operation of Sushi Walker, or acts that damage the Company's credibility
7. Registering false content at the time of Sushi Walker member registration, or the same person creating multiple memberships
8. Unauthorized use of an ID or password, or allowing other Users or third parties to use it
9. Other acts that the Company determines are likely to hinder the operation of Sushi Walker

1. Copyrights, trademark rights, intellectual property rights, and other property rights relating to the content and information, data, photographs, images, video, videos, advertisements, designs, software, music, audio, messages, and the like posted on Sushi Walker all belong to the Company or to legitimate rights holders.
2. Except where licensed to use it by the Company or by a third party holding copyrights, other intellectual property rights, or other property rights, or where permitted to use it without the rights holder's license under laws and regulations, Users must not reproduce, publicly transmit, reproduce, transfer, disseminate, distribute, resell, or commercially use Sushi Walker and its content, post or reprint it without authorization, or store or use it for the purpose of such use.
3. The Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage suffered by a User due to an act that violates the preceding items. In addition, if a User obtains a profit through such acts, the Company shall have the right to claim damages in an amount determined by the Company.

1. If a Sushi Walker member wishes to withdraw, they shall carry out the withdrawal procedures prescribed by the Company.
2. The Sushi Walker member shall consent in advance that, even through the withdrawal procedures, the content of the review information they posted will not be deleted.
3. When a Sushi Walker member completes the withdrawal procedures, they shall lose all rights regarding the Sushi Walker member account they had been using with the Company.
4. Even if a Sushi Walker member completes the withdrawal procedures, or the contract between the Company and the Sushi Walker member based on these Terms is terminated, the following items shall remain in effect. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and in the event that litigation becomes necessary in relation to these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court of first instance.
