Ordering via the Official Website or App Is Convenient

Hama Sushi's takeout items can be ordered by visiting the store whenever you feel like eating.
However, if it overlaps with a busy time, you may have to wait close to an hour.

To minimize wait time as much as possible, we recommend placing a reservation order in advance via the official website or app.
You can also order by phone or in advance at the store, but with the phone there's a risk of mishearing, and going to the store just to order is a hassle.

If you have a PC or smartphone, ordering via the official website or app is the best option.
Since you can check your order history and pickup date/time later, it has the advantage of being less prone to mix-ups.

To place a reservation order, membership registration is required for both the official website and the app. Membership registration is done from "HamaNavi" on Hama Sushi's official website.
Proceed to the "HamaNavi" new registration screen, and press the send button in the mailer that opens to send the email.
Once you receive an email from Hama Sushi, access the new member registration screen via the URL in the email.
The new registration screen has input fields for your name, password, address, and so on.

If you complete membership registration in advance, you can proceed with your reservation smoothly.

The reservation flow is as follows.

1. Select the store for product pickup
2. Select the pickup date and time
3. Select the products
4. Complete the order procedure
5. Confirm the order details

The pickup date can be selected from a calendar, and the time can be chosen within a one-hour window in 15-minute increments.
Product selection can be confirmed with photos and prices, so it's very easy to understand.
