[Menu Contents]
Ultimate aged medium-fatty tuna, tuna, extra-thick salmon, red shrimp, yellowtail, eel-bowl nigiri, crab meat, salmon roe
There's also an unfamiliar topping called “eel-bowl nigiri.” It got this name because the eel used for eel rice bowls is made directly into nigiri. Because the cutting method differs between nigiri and rice bowls, the texture changes too. The amount of rice is also generous, making it a quite filling item. Since it's a topping unique to Kura Sushi, please try it.
The Premium Set may not be available depending on the season. Be sure to check in advance!

Ultimate aged medium-fatty tuna, ultimate aged tuna, ultimate aged red sea bream, yellowtail, red shrimp, scallop, eel-bowl nigiri, crab, seasoned salmon roe (miso soup included with each serving)
Toppings with “ultimate” in their names stand out. It's fitting for something called “special.” Like the Premium Set, it contains no egg, salad, or meat-based toppings, but this one includes one extra piece of scallop and comes with miso soup. Having miso soup included in the set is appealing, isn't it? The miso soup is offered in different flavors for Kanto and Kansai. This is probably consideration for the differing preferences by region. Such fine attention to detail is delightful.
