Mikasa, 1 serving, ¥1,100

Premium lean tuna, negitoro, yellowtail, Ishigaki clam, aurora salmon, shrimp, nigiri egg, albacore tuna, salt inari, squid, cucumber roll

With 11 kinds in total, consisting of 10 nigiri and 1 roll, it is the most affordable price among the single servings.
Although affordable, in addition to the popular lean tuna, salmon, and shrimp, it also includes Ishigaki clam and yellowtail, making for a varied and great-value lineup.
The salt inari looks paler than ordinary inari sushi, giving an overall refreshing impression.

Kokonoe, 1 serving, ¥1,500

Medium fatty tuna, yellowtail, aurora salmon, squid, albacore tuna, red shrimp, premium lean tuna, whelk, snack egg, salmon roe, negitoro, torotaku roll

With 12 kinds, consisting of 10 nigiri, snack egg, and 1 roll. The point is that it has one more kind than Mikasa, and the tuna is upgraded to medium fatty tuna. The torotaku roll is made by mixing and rolling negitoro tuna with pickled daikon. The saltiness and crunchy texture of the pickled daikon and the mellowness of the fatty tuna are an exquisite match.

Yoshino (1 serving) ¥2,000

Choshimaru's Takeout Menu Is Diverse!

Choshimaru's Takeout Menu Is Diverse!

What we introduced so far were general sets, but there are also rice bowls, bo-saba (mackerel pressed sushi), and sukeroku available. The most interesting among them is the "nigiri sushi set," which lets you try making nigiri sushi at home. The 24 portions of rice and 8 kinds of toppings come separately, so it is a service where you make the nigiri yourself.

While you can buy hand-rolled sushi sets even at the supermarket, you rarely see nigiri sushi sets, right? Using the "nigiri sushi set," a home party is sure to be a hit.

This time we introduced Choshimaru's takeout menu, and the general sets are well-rounded, while the other sets are distinctive and truly diverse. When you want to quickly and cheerfully throw a party with family or friends, you will surely want to give it a try!
