Philadelphia Roll

【English Name】Philadelphia Roll
A type of rolled sushi that, like the California roll, originated in the United States. It has a form resembling a sushi version of the bagels and lox, a New York-style sandwich. There are various types, such as inside-out rolls of smoked salmon and Philadelphia cream cheese, or fresh salmon and various cream cheeses, or wrapping additional salmon around the outside of a nori roll. It is sometimes called the Seattle roll.
