【English Name】Kawagishi / Fish skin

The belly skin that wraps the internal organs, or the skin of a fish after the flesh has been removed. By removing the skin while leaving a little of the flesh attached to the kawagishi portion, and then scraping the flesh off the skin with a spoon or similar tool, one can obtain fatty flesh (negitoro).
