A sushi roll in which seared (tataki) tuna is dressed with shichimi togarashi (seven-spice chili pepper) and chili oil (rayu). Variations include versions sprinkled with tenkasu (tempura bits) and versions using other seafood. It is one of the most popular sushi rolls in the United States.
